This dress is in a lightweight cotton full of pintucks and touches of cream lace. The fabric has a subtle striped texture. It buttons all the way down so that you can wear it open if you want to layer it. Max bust 42" but I'd say it's designed to fit a 36" bust since it's meant to hang loose and flowy. Length is 43".
