Excentrique Flora OP in Black. Pretty rare to see this dress for sale and often times only the lavender colourway is seen. Probably because the black is just so versatile that no one wants to sell it! I paid 250 for this and it was in pretty much new condition, it has been years and I have worn and washed it a bunch since then. The fabric is totally fine and the dress is in very excellent wearable condition (just needs to be steamed) but there is a tiny spot on the waist shirring where a thread broke (I think it got caught on my nails or something when washing sadly)

This tiny damage isn't very noticeable when worn, especially if you stretch the shirring a bit and a sash or belt would easily cover it. It is extremely easily fixed I just have been quite busy and don't wear this dress anymore so I haven't fixed it myself (I'm a seamstress, so it would be super easy. I just never have time!). So, despite it's great condition otherwise I am selling it for quite a lot less than it is worth. 100% cotton with an adorable stripe texture, 100% poly lining, and extremely flexible measurements. Everything is elasticated or adjustable, even the neck can be tied tighter or left loose for larger shoulders/chests. It can also actually fit a lot of poof even though the stock photos show no petticoat. Shown with a very very small petti in my photos, but it can definitely fit more! The ties at the front have a cool marbled pattern as well. Just a great basic piece to have in your wardrobe. (my dress form is approx 40" B, 33" W and 40" H)  

Measurements are approximate as it is hard to get 100% accuracy when measuring shirring. It is recommended that you are under these measurements by at least 15-20cm as if you too close to the max the dress will be very form fitting and not have the same effect.

Shirring (bust+waist): Approx 130-140cm MAX. The shirring stretched to approx 70 cm flat, possibly slightly more, but it would not be comfortable or good for the elastic. Bust is more like 130 max, waist is 140 max. It is probably best to be 120cm or below to fit this comfortably though! The min waist is approx 66cm, but it can fit smaller it would just be loose around the waist.  
Hip: Approx 115cm is the max that would fit with a petticoat, anything smaller will fit well. Larger sizes could fit, but it would be tough to wear a petti.
Length (from shoulder to hem // centre front to hem): 97cm // 86cm
Arm Circumference: 30-60cm around
Sleeve Length: 39cm
Approximate Shoulder Width: due to the elastic and front ties this is very free. Stretched over 60cm flat, so it can fit any shoulder size really, best for under 45cm for comfort, but it is very flexible.
