Bought second hand, worn a few times by me. In overall good condition. Has no shirring, but there's a zipper in the back, and the velveteen fabric has a bit of a stretch to it. Has no lining, and also no waist ties (by design). The neck ties can't be taken off. Can fit a large petticoat, but also looks fine with no petti at all.
