Older piece but still in good condition
I purchased this Emily Temple Cute Red Riding Hood jsk a few years ago and have finally decided to part ways with it. It has only been worn two or three times as it does not fit my chest well. The absolute MAX bust measurement on this is 34" and it will be a tight squeeze. Hips and waist are relatively free with the fullness of the skirt starting at just under the bust.
The zipper can seem a little sticky at that waistband seam but it is not broken, just sometimes a little tougher to get. This is in good condition but used, so please expect normal wear and tear on this item. Questions and reasonable offers are welcome! Thanks for looking :)

Hello,
It is from a smoke-free home! I am not entirely sure what the fabric is as I cannot read the Japanese tag. It's not a heavy weight fabric but it does have a texture to it that you can see in the up close photo of the zipper. It's almost like a really light weight corduroy/cotton combination. Hope that helps :)

I have a really weird question. You say the dress will fit 34 inches which is more than enough for me to fit it. But where would you say that velvet ribbon is on the chest? Is it directly under the boobs or kind of on them?

It's not on top of them for sure, because I HATE that style on me and I've worn it without problem lol This is a bad picture because it's covered with a jacket, but at least the velvet ribbon sticks out so maybe you can kind of see where it sits, which is below but not way up underneath if that makes sense.
