ETC Polka dot cutsew dress
An older piece, age unknown. Great for casual otome.
I bough this years ago from a seller on eBay of all places. She was getting rid of all her old-school j fashion goodies and I snagged this piece. As much as I love it its just to short for me, and its been sitting in my closet for 5+ years now :(

Condition: Good for its age. The fabric has a feeling of use, and under the arms is pilling a bit. But the elastic is still good, and no stains or damages I can see.

Waist: free
Bust: 15 aprox (bust is elactic) I wouldnt recommend over a max bust of 95-100cm
Length:31 inches
