Fully shirred dress that would be perfect for both petite and plus sized lolitas. The polka dot waist ribbon is missing.

This is such a classic dress, but no longer my style.

I believe I am the second owner of this piece, which is in good condition and has a lot of life left in it. No stains or damage, but the polka dot waist ribbon is missing.

The shirring can easily accomodate a range of sizes.



Laid flat, it has a 30 inch bust and 26 inch waist, but I think it could stretch to a 42 inch bust and 34 inch waist, if not larger.
