There is no shirring, so it might be more comfortable to be a couple of cm under those measurements, just to be safe!
The skirt is lined, and there's velveteen bows on the bottom

Bust: 87cm
Waist (the smallest part - high waist): 76cm


Damage:

None that I can spot! Please note that the item has not been dry cleaned, as the dry cleaner I generally use is unavailable. Apologies - that's why item is marked as 'odors'.
