Perfect for otome, this adorable pastel skirt with little star details has a gorgeous illustration by Yuko Higuchi all around, and a tiny velvet bow in the front.

I wish I didn't have to part with this one - it is so cute and I love the illustration by Yuko Higuchi. It has been around the block, but is still in great condition!

You could fit a small one under this comfortably, and you could fit a medium one at most, but it is not super voluminous.
