Purchased from Mercari, I just don't wear it enough to keep it in my wardrobe. Has a general feeling of slight wear, but still in good condition.
The dress has full back shirring so it'll go a bit over 100 cm but not much more. With the shirring unstretched the width is about 72cm. The belt would fit a 70cm waist at most and is probably designed for a slightly smaller waist.
