That's for first class, so it has tracking until it leaves the US. I believe the only option that includes international tracking is EMS, and that brings the price up to $35 additional dollars, unfortunately.

What is the max bust on this? I know the older ETC tends to be a bit smaller. (I checked Lolibrary, no measurements listed.)

I'd say no more than 88cm. I was able to zip the dress at that measurement, although it was a pretty tight fit.
