Bust measurement is about 35in.
Flatlay shoulder measurement: ~13.5in.
Flatlay sleeve measurement: ~24in.
There are removable ties on the back.
I do have a cat. As much as I try to prevent him from entering my closet, I cannot guarantee that it will be hair-free.

Hello! Sorry for the late reply; the notification was sent ot my spam for some reason. The flatlay measurements are about shoulders - 13.5in and sleeve - 24in. I would say I have broad shoulders but I don't distinctly remember how this fit me. If it comes to it, a creative tailor could probably find a way to use lace to add more space in the shoulders. I did find the cuff part to be a bit stiff, so if you have meatier forearms, this might be a little bit difficult to work with (unless you get creative). Thank you for the question!
