made by a now defunct Etsy seller, English Clothes Charm. comes with the bonnet and detachable bow. im the 2nd owner, i only tried it on but its a little short and doesnt look great because of my enormous bust.

 

my measurements [it fits fine just slight short]:
48″/122cm bust
45″/114cm [after baby] waist
the hips are pretty much free
and its adjustable with corset lacing in the back.
