Condition: Purchased used, only tried on briefly, I inspected the piece and found no damage, smoke-free and pet-free home

The skirt has a built-in petticoat and the fabric is a bit stiff, so it can be worn with a light petticoat.

Colorway: Black x Silver (it may also be pale gold, my color sense isn't all that keen)
