I adore this skirt but I found the op so I’m parting with this. It has a beautiful silver printed phantom carriage and a petticoat built in underneath. It stretches to 35 inches so it’s plus size friendly. It’s in great quality and in amazing condition. I don’t ship outside of the United States I’m sorry for any inconvenience.
