Extravagant Enchantilly OP with very generous shirring and lots of fabric. Love the material combination of shantung and chiffon, and the two different shades of red create a very regal, OTT look. The outer layer of the OP could be pulled up for the bustle look or draped down. There are two (one on each side) that you could pull at the front, and two that you could pull at the back.
The OTKs are the original matching OTKs.
