This is a really really nice bag. It is one of those that is both cute and sturdy. It is also really big. Not huge big, but it can fit a spare pair of shoes (including heels) a water bottle, and long wallets. I have tested all of this at a convention too. There are two straps with bows on them, and it is so easy to carry and wear.
The color is a light ivory rather than a bright white. But it is so in between, that it is easy to coord. 
The only worry is the zipper. When I got it new, the zipper kept popping open at the curves of the heart, but then I just unzipped it and it zipped back just fine, unbroken. I was really worried about this, so the artist replaced it for me, but the new one does the same, so I think it's a manufacturer's defect b/c of the curve of how it is installed. It does not happen often, and it does not pop open on it's own either. In any case, I ended up with two and am selling one. 
It comes with it's own branded dust bag which is really nice too for storage. I have used it once at the convention I bought it at, but it is otherwise brand new.
