This is an Emily Temple dress (not ETC), with the -150- notation. These are my amateur measurements, with the shirring unstretched and then stretched to the max. Please note that the buttons may gap if you are not closer to the min. measurements.
Bust: 72 cm~110 cm
Waist: 60~115 cm

Length: 81 cm

I am 5'6" and it's comically short on me, which is to be expected since it's made for someone 150 cm. Sad to let it go. :') Will look at trades for Innocent World only.
