Bought direct from Mercari and went straight into storage. My daughter has too many skirts and just not enough occasions to wear. Both skirts are 140cm new, the puppy print does have the tag, the *sheer* (and I recommend an underskirt or a matching color petti underneath) dot skirt is NWOT. 140cm is roughly size 10-11 years of age according to Google. I don't have stock photos/information about the pieces. I will not split the set unless I have a buyer for all pieces.
