Cute otome style dress in sax by ETC.

This dress is too cute! It's perfect for Spring and is a very pretty blue color. It can fit a variety of sizes. I received it in a trade and only wore it once for a short period of time. It's still in great condition and doesn't have any flaws.

Bust- 36in (can fit smaller, it's meant to have a loose fit)
