Washed once and tried on; sadly I don't like how the empire waist style looks on me, so I am selling only for what I paid.
Dress is fully shirred and comfortable. There is a feeling of age and minor piling throughout, although its not really that noticable unless close-up. **See last photo for reference.
It could fit a range of sizes; I am 34" bust and 32" waist and it fits me fine, just be aware that the style is empire waist and starts under the bust.
Please be aware I have a cat if you are allergic, though I try to keep her away from my clothes.
