Emily Temple Cute Gingham Strawberry Shortcake print skirt with matching handmade (not by me) earrings. I have modified this skirt with an extra skirt eye (third photo) to add an inch to the waist measurement but unfortunately it is still a little too tight for me. This skirt features pleats, size zipper, back shirring, no lining. The earrings were purchased from Etsy and have glass beads and hook findings (fourth stock photo has clip on findings.)

Hello! I'm wondering if this skirt accommodates a petticoat, or if it's a flat, otome-kei style?

Yes, I just tried it on with a full petticoat and it can fit a cupcake shape petticoat, it seems about as full as a regular lolita skirt. But because of the pleats and length, I recommend wearing with a flatter a-line petticoat. I wore it with a gathered underskirt.
