A cute short-sleeved cardigan from Emily Temple Cute! I bought it from a roommate and have owned it for a few years, but only wore it out a handful of times. It is missing a jewel on the collar, but otherwise, there are no obvious flaws or damage from what I can observe. However, please look at the pictures closely and ask any questions before purchasing this listing. 

It has sat in my closet for quite a while, so please keep that in mind. It is now in a home with no animals/smoking, but has been in a house with animals before. I always kept my lolita away from them, but please be aware of this fact.

Flat chest measurement is 16", but can stretch some more as it is a knit fabric.
