I purchased this secondhand, but the seller unfortunately made a large error in the measurements for this jsk. I can force it on, but it's not comfortable at all on my torso (approx. 88 cm bust, 68 cm waist). I considered adding a panel, but I am not comfortable altering a brand dress with my lazy cosplayer sewing skills. It's a pity, because it's so cute!
The bow at the waist is sewn on, and there are no waist ties. The straps are pleated. There may be a slight feeling of wear, but the fabric may just be that soft.
