An Emily Temple Cute skirt. Bought from Wunderwelt and never worn. Still has Wunderwelt tag. A very light nice polyester fabric with a lining. The three bows in front are not detachable. The waistband is partially shirred but note that since there are no other closures, the waist measurement also has to stretch over your hips (this is why I'm selling - I didn't think of this and it doesn't fit me!). It is also on the shorter and more casual side. It can probably accommodate a smaller petti.
