Country or otome style JSK with a cute picnic print
A cute otome-style dress, with an empire waist - doesn't fit a petti too well, but great for casual wear, especially the cute picnic print. It's somewhat worn, but not damaged. I replaced the top row of elastic on the shirring in the back as it was very stretched out when I bought it secondhand.

Bust: 35" max/stretched (closer to 32" unstretched)
Length from top of strap: 35"
