How much for shipping to USA? Does the bust or waist have shirring?

Hello! there is no shirring, but since it's empire waist the waist is free size. For shipping: priority mail in a padded envelope with no tracking should be 20 euros. If you want tracking I can go ask at the post office how much it would be.
