A cute otome skirt by Emily Temple Cute with a love letter-themed print, including roses, quill pens, cherubs and valentines. It has half-shirring at the waistband, cotton lace at the hem and a full, short cut. Please note that this skirt has experienced considerable color bleed and the blue pigment is spilling over into the lighter colors. Some but not all of the damage is pictured in close-up photos. I live in a smoke-free, pet-free home. Clothing is always washed before mailing but may become wrinkled in transit. I ship domestically and internationally using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. Whenever possible, I ship in envelopes or small boxes, because these offer the lowest rate. This requires compression and may result in the clothing being creased in transit. Please let me know ahead of time if you would like me to use a larger box. I'm also happy to combine shipping and fit as many items as I can into a flat-rate envelope or box for the same shipping cost as for one item. I inspect my items for damage before listing and photograph the damage when possible. Please note that all my items are secondhand and have varying degrees of wear. The flat measurement is 12.5", and there is half shirring in the back. :)

hi! what is the measurement of the shirring fully stretched out and how much would shipping be to the uk?

Hi! Shipping to the UK is $40. The shirring stretches to about 14”. I’d say the max waist would be about 26-27”.
