Purchased as part of a large Emily Temple Cute lot I bought to document and split with friends. There is small cluster of brown stains on the trim on the rear left of the skirt (pictured) which I have not tried to remove. Otherwise, the skirt is in good condition. Based on item number, fiber content, and its appearance in the 2004 Autumn & Winter ETC catalog, this is definitely the 2004 Little Animals Gobelin release and not the 2013 Foret Gobelin re-release.
Waist: 60cm (no shirring).

May I ask if there is any shirring in the back of the waistband? Is 60cm the exact waist measurement or is there some room for stretch?

There is no shirring and no room for stretch, unfortunately. This is a tight fit that I couldn't get zipped on my mannequin.
