Hi just a question, do they sit more on the hips or on the waist? Also what would shipping to sweden cost?

I think they are meant to sit on the waist, but if your waist is less than 28 inches, they will most likely sit on the hips. Shipping is $17 first class and $38 priority mail. Thank you!
