All sales final after the payment, I don't do returns unless I've overlooked major damage and we can't agree on a different solution. I normally ship within a week, all packages are tracked. It's fine if you'd like to buy a listing without double-checking the shipping cost beforehand, but please be 100% set to pay the cost it turns out to be. I can combine purchases and in some cases accept to mark down a package's value. I don't have pets but most of my clothes end up having some pet hairs from my friends' places.
