I purchased this skirt new from ETC via a shopping service and only ever tried it on. It is in perfect NWT condition with no flaws that I can detect. The skirt was a collaboration between ETC and Higuchi Yuko, and features gold trim at the waist and a pink velvet bow. Please note that the lighting in my house is very yellow. The ETC advertisement picture I included of the OP in the same colour illustrates the true colour of the skirt. The skirt has a waist measurement of 70cm, and is 60cm long. Please note that these are amateur flat measurements and allow a margin for error. Please feel free to make me an offer or to ask me any questions you may have.
