Is in good condition however due to the material (wool?) It does have a halo of fuzz around it. Listed the damage as piling.

Max bust measurements and shipping to Texas?

I just measured it flat from armpit to armpit and it was 19 inches. The fabric is a little stretchy and the front can be untied and adjusted so it can probably accommodate more. Shipping is $5.
