Bought secondhand, only worn once by me!

I bought this skirt second hand and have only worn it once. I found some small snags in the fabric that are pictured but they are not noticeable when worn, other than that the skirt is in great condition!

The skirt has an elastic in the waist, I would recommenced a max waist of 31 inches.
