It is my dream dress but it is sadly too large for me. The flat bust measurement is 18.5 inches or 47 cm. I have a cat at home so please be aware if you are allergic to cats. I am not sure. It looks like a food stain--and food stains have mostly been removable in my experience. However, I am not sure how long the stain has existed since I am not the first owner. Sorry for my lack of professional or more definite advice!

The flat measurement is 18.5 inches, so the circumference would be 37 inches (94 cm). There is no shirring, so it probably would not fit. Sorry!
