Not sure about the date. It must be pretty old since the skirt isn't as full. Light cotton, lined with cotton too.
Bust stretches up to 100cm, waist like 66-90cm. Keep in mind there's no zipper so it could be difficult to put on if you're at the max measurements. Adjustable length, I've put the straps at the max, so the dress length is 90cm now.
The fabric seems a bit faded. It's pretty wrinkly in the pictures but I'm washing & ironing it before shipping.
