If you can wait until 3/12 I can ship from the States using Priority Mail for the flat rate of $5.75US.
Otherwise shipping from Canada offers two options: Small Packet Airmail ($7.50) and Tracked Packet ($14.00). Small packet does not have any tracking or insurance. Tracked packet offers tracking and insurance.
