This skirt is an old piece from Emily Temple Cute. This skirt is in heavily used condition and has been washed multiple times. At this point it's really faded and there is piling to the cotton lining. That said, it still is okay to wear and probably would be decent as an underskirt or petticoat under something else. See photos for comparison against another black item to see the color (last pic). It has partial elastic in back and side zipper with hook and eye closure. Sold "as is"
