Bought second hand, worn several times by me. In overall good condition for its age. Fas full shirring, so it's very comfortable to wear. This OP has no waist ties or lining (by design).

Damages: elastic in the armholes is a bit stretched, but it's not very noticeable; colours are a bit washed out; there might be a few loose threads.

Hey! A JSK with the same (or at least very similar) print was released in 2003, but I haven't find any official information about the OP. Judging by the type of brand tag this dress has, it really might be from 2003, because I know around that time ETC had already started using the tag with the red letters (instead of the silver Emily Temple tag).
