Emilier Chiffon Blouse
This is the 2011 release of this blouse with pintucks. The collar is detachable with buttons. I added a small snap so the top stays more nicely when it is worn without the standing collar, but it is 100% reversible, if wanted. The elastics in the sleeves have been switched out by a professional tailor to fit a regular upper arm.
