The material does not stretch.
I recommend following the notes on the size chart for best comfort. I am larger than the chart recommends and while it fits, this dress has always been snug on me. I let out the darts in the back of the bodice for more ease for in my shoulders. Wrinkled from storage, and I spot some stray threads here and there along the hem stitching, but no stains or true damage.
The waist bow belt is elastic and closes with a button behind the bow itself.
This is a relist - I found the belt and added that to the listing, but I also found a faint makeup mark inside the collar. I was gonna adjust the price since it’s no longer missing pieces, but I kept it the same since I don’t want to stain fight the mark before selling. Photos have been added
