Fan plus friend brand embroidery frill blouse in black color way, with removable jabot. Has extra button still attached to tag, musical notes and floral pattern lace on both the blouse and jabot, tag lists as ladies size 90/us 16 though I feel it's more of a size 14 due to tight shoulders and bust line. No flaws that I know of other then some wrinkling from storage and what will happen with shipping (see pictures).

You mention the bust is tight. What are the bust and shoulder dimensions?

82 cm for the shoulder and 96 cm for the bust. measurements taken with garment flat, and then number doubled so it may be off a cm or two. shoulder taken at the top seam from one sleeve stitch to the other (not including sleeve just up to it), and bust was taken at the widest part of the bust on the blouse.
