stiff black bonnet with chin ties and a rose/feather clip

Purchased from Elpress L on taobao. Does not suit me so it has been never worn, just tried on. Rose/feather clip is removable. Attaches to the head with some velvet ribbon ties under the chin. There is a blue ribbon in the back which is pictured.
