One size, the listing says Bust <116cm waist <96cm, but I think it's not comfortable over 100cm bust and 80cm waist. It's off-shoulder design, but it can be pulled up over your shoulders. The off-shoulder option doesn't look so nice on wider shoulders, and the elastic poof sleeves are not comfortable on thicker arms. Anyway, the blouse is beautiful and well made.
