This Harry Potter themed print was a limited run on Elegy's site. Vest and skirt are new and have only been tried on for size. I messed up and ordered the wrong size (too small for me). I think the chest area has a bit of allowance and can readjust buttons if needed (send me a message if you'd like me to check). The waist measurement is exact though.
