Beautiful, plus-size, tall Lolita friendly OP by Elegy

t totally kills me to sell this OP! It is really beautiful.

It is a custom piece by Elegy.

It was made for 41″ bust & 33″ waist. It has a lot of shirring in the back, so I would say it could fit about 41″-44″ inch bust and up to about 32"-37″ inch waist, but possibly could fit bigger since the shirring fully stretched measures 10".

I am 5’8 and the skirt is about 22″ long.

OP is cotton sateen with chiffon collar, flutter sleeves, and hem ruffle. Comes with detachable chiffon belt.

I am the first owner and this has been worn twice.
