ELEGY Black Chiffon Ruffle Underskirt [PLUS SIZE - CUSTOM]
I am the 2nd owner! This is barely worn and currently unavailable on the Elegy site.
This underskirt was made to custom measurements, it easily fits 120-145cm+ waist. It's way too big on me and I would love to see it go to someone who could actually wear it.
✶ Made from 100% polyester chiffon, and lined with a poly-cotton blend that won't wrinkle easy and gives a bit more weight to the skirt than just a 'normal' lining would.
✶ Finished with 3 tiers of beautifully gathered chiffon.
✶ Elasticized waistband with a narrow elastic for ease of wear (especially if worn with multiple pettis, bloomers, etc.).
