The Wednesday Batty OP from Elegy, now out of production.
As much as I LOVE LOVE LOVE this op I just don't wear it enough to keep it :(

Made of very thick velvet, this is the real velvet, not a cheap costume velvet. this dress has weight to it.
The Velvet bat collar is detachable.
Has velvet ribbon waist ties (which are removable)
Has an inside lining. No shirring.
Zips up the back.
(also the reference link is the non-velvet version of the dress, the velvet version seems to be super hard to find any info on)

Condition: Since I've only worn this OP twice, its practically brand new. If I can find the original tags I'll send them too.

sadly no, I have similar bust measurements and it gives me horrible boob loaf.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. To answer your question yes this dress will fit a 100-1004 cm bust. in fact, you'd have some wiggle room.
