Beautiful celtic A line skirt with glittering sequin details. Near perfect condition, with an elastic waist that would fit a variety of sizes. Measured flat, the length is 27 inches, and the waistband is 11.5. It comfortably fits my 30 inch waist and has a lot more room to stretch. Would fit a moderate sized petticoat beneath. PRICE IN USD.
