A cotton skirt with suspenders that you can unbutton and cross or uncross. The big bow at the front is detachable (in the picture I have it pinned to the back), the tassels are not. Got this in 2020 before I knew my style, ended up only trying it on once and never touching it again, so, it's in perfect condition aside from a few wrinkles. Pictures are taken in warm indoor lighting.

Size S, but it has full back shirring and a fairly generous amount of material. I can't find the original size chart, sorry! It's about 45cm long I'd guess, not including the suspenders.
