Eden Wizard Temple series JSK. It's been hanging in a garment back out of the sun, but it just wasn't for me.

Reminiscent of ancient Roman gowns, this beautiful dress features a pleated, gray chiffon bodice with dark blue velvet trim along the waist, collar, and arms. Unique highlights include heavy yet soft lace caps along the sleeve hem and velvet crisscross neck ties, as well as generous back shirring and corset lacing. The skirt, made of a luxuriously textured satin, features a gorgeous jewel-toned scene of an elf statue within the walls of a columned sanctuary on both the front and back. The hem features delicate black lace, as well as a black satin underskirt for modesty and a side zipper for ease of wear. The dress also includes an detachable metal pendant featuring blue glass jewels.

A note on sizing: The back shirring expands quite a bit and slightly below the natural waist, so there is a bit of wiggle room if you're a few centimeters above the measurements.
